Been wondering if I should make the jump from the 2 Pros to the 3 Pros. With my luck T-Mobile included some 3 pros with my phone upgrade for free. Can't pass that up. After 2 days and with new ear tips I can't get them to sound anywhere as good as the 2s. I think 99% is has to do how they fit in my ear, they don't come close to a good fit in my ears. The music is tinny with very little base, enough so that I hate using these when I listen to music, I through in my 2s and wow do they sound so much better, its not even close. Why Samsung, why why. Makes me think what is wrong with my head and why can't I get the 3's to sound anything like the 2's. Glad I didn't have to trade my 2's in.

At release, i paid 1500DKK (220 USD) for a pair directly from Samsung. Bass is lacking bad, even when using the WearOS equalizer for max bass (Custom). 360 sound is a nightmare, and makes the sound even worse than it already is. In the APP you can change noisecontrol: Off, Background noise, Adaptive and active noise cancelling. Using off somehow disables all bass, and the audio is like sitting in a tin can. Audio is decent with background noise and ANC, but still veery lacking. The "Fat" bass is almost nonexistent, and i've tried everything, and even spend more money on them for better eartips (HQ Silicone for perfect seal).

Ive tried EVERYTHING, and litterally nothing have worked ideally, or just came near to what i would expect from a top brand. Tried my friends Nothing Buds Pro 2, and it was a whole different league, and muuuch better quality and audio wise. Samsung isn't for audiophiles at all.

The only time i can get them to perform decent, is connecting them to a PC and use "Equalizer APO", but on phone a massive disappointment. Ear seal is perfect, and i know its a hardware/software issue, but when reaching to Samsung Support, their only solution is: "You need to go to a certified repair shop". Only problem is, its very far away. DONT BUY THEM.

I had Soundcore Liberty 3 pro before the Samsung, and not only did they sound perfect with rich bass, but the ANC were also better. After a year usage, the battery only lasted roughly 3 hours which isn't ideal, and made a support ticket, and got them fully refunded a week later.

Samsung support: Go to a repair shop far away, its not our problem.

Anker support: Ship them to us, and we will refund you without inspection.
