I tried to reach out to Samsung to provide some feedback on the poor quality design and behaviors of the Galaxy Bud Pros and their supporting software. I was met with tons of pushback, arguments, lies and just disregard for trying to be helpful. Hung up on multiple times, told that I would need to download an app to provide that feedback, even though the website doesn't mention anything like that.
I'd highly recommend moving away from the ecosystem and I'll be doing that with my dozen or so samsung devices in this wonderful year. If you have any suggestions for other environments that have done you well, I'd be interested. I've already got a solution for the earbuds, check out the Jabra Elite 4 (even the 3 is better than any Samsung buds if you can find it). Unfortunately, best I can tell Jabra doesn't have an ecosystem but far better quality earbuds for far less money. But if you've got phone, watch, other wearables, tablet, or even appliance suggestions for other ecosystems, shoot me a post.
I fill like you took the words right out my mouth. Nothing but issues with the pro 3s. Absolutely zero help from Samsung. The people on the other end of the line haven't a clue as to what is going on. And yes the Jabra is a much better product . I had the Jabra 4s and the 8s and will definitely be going back to them. Sorry Samsung but you have gone down hill real fast.
