Galaxy 3 Pro buds won't hold a charge

My new buds will not hold a charge for more than a day. Both case and buds are fully charged so they are charging correctly. I am also using all Samsung charging blocks and chords to charge. Once unplugged, the buds only last a few hours.

If they continue to not hold a charge after the reset, then it would be recommended to have the Buds evaluated by a certified technician.
