It'd be fantastic if Samsung added buds battery notifications and related options.
In routines I can set up notifications and options for my phone battery. It'd be great to do the same with the buds. For example I could set a level where if they drop below I get a notification and it turns off ANC. Or in the reverse get a notification when charging and above a certain level so I know I it's time to put them back in my ears.
I agree. I'm also wondering why no one (in Samsung) ever thought to add charging limit control like there is for the phone (80% charging stop, which is adjustable). And there are two (technically three) batteries for the buds: one in the case, and one (pair) for the buds themselves. The case's battery is easy to limit by checking (via pairing) every so often and unplugging it when it's near 80%. However, the case will always charge the buds to 100% when you put them away in the case.
Yeah, I don't think I'd use that specific feature if it existed just because the battery is so limited.
What I'd really like is two things.
1. If I'm wearing the buds and they drop below 20% I want an alert and power saving options to kick in.
2. When charging when they reach 95% I want an alert so if I want I can get back to wearing them as soon as possible without either waiting for that last 5% or noticing that the light is green.
While I'm at it I want it for the watch as well. I use a 3rd party app to monitor the watch battery and give me alerts. It'd be better if Samsung did it and integrated it into the routines options.
