Charging Galaxy Buds 3 Pro

I have had 4 pairs of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. All 4 pairs end up having the same issue, in that they will not charge in the case about 80% of the time 

I do all the trouble shooting steps suggested and nothing works.

I think it's time Samsung admits there is a design flaw in these buds.

Hi Rons_ZFold3, Thanks for being part of the Community. We know its frustrating when the earbuds do not charge properly.

Per the solution, the earbuds would need repairs if troubleshooting doesn't work. Any feedback for Samsung should be submitted using the Submit Feedback option under the Support Tab in the Members app.
