Anyone else having an issue with the Buds 3 pro giving an error message when you put the left bud in the cradle? Right one is fine - as soon as the left goes in, the light on the cradle starts blinking and you get an error message on the phone.

Try looking inside and look at both charging connections, see if the left is still oriented in the same direction as the right one. If it is not you try adjusting with a screw driver. Check to see if there is any dirt inside blocking the puns.

I just got them back from Samsung "repair" for the second time. Exactly the same issue. They replaced the cradle.

You should run the earbud diagnostics available in the Support area here in the Members app. You can then create an error report describing your problem and submit it to Samsung tech support.

Just tried that, everything tested fine. Yet the error continues.

Have you tried the factory reset option for the earbuds?

Twice

New twist, with the cradle plugged in with a cable, the light is solid red and no error has appeared on the phone.

A solid red light on the case means that it's charging. The light turns green when the case is fully charged.

Right - before all I had was a blinking red light. Now with the cable plugged in to the case it seems to be working.
Case was fully charged and should have charged the buds without being plugged in.
