I've tried every single ear tip size in the collection. Moved the earbuds around in ears up, down. Pushed the right one into my ear deeper, but the right one says poor fit over and over again on my fit tests. Any solutions, tricks, tips, anything I can do???
I too cannot get a good fit. When I get a good fit with the fit test outside noise does not effect the sound. But the fit will not hold. Will Samsung come out with better tips.
My problem is simply that not of the provided silicone tips allow the buds to be fittet - which is also the result of the fitting test. They fit so loose that the fall out. Simply put, the provided silicone fits are too big and I consider the product fundamentally flawed for that reason - particularly, considering the vast number of users having similar complaints.
The only option I have is to report the issue to Sammy... Moreover, I'm not in a country where I can easily get alternative tips, which in any case would be to pass on to the consumer to solve a design problem by finding potential suitable replacements by trial and error!
