Buds not working during calls or voice controls or voice recorder

Buds intermittently stop working for calls. One call they work and the next call they don't. They don't work for voice control at all. They worked for months just fine they just started this about a month ago.

Reset the buds and see if that helps.

Have you tried clearing the cache in the buds manager app.

Also try to clear the cache in Bluetooth.

Thank you for reaching out, grassy. I can certainly understand your concern with your Galaxy Buds 3 pro working intermittently while taking calls. In order to better assist you, can you please advise me, if you are pairing your buds through the wearables app or the phone's settings?
