A few hours ago I wanted to use my SAMSUNG Galaxy Buds 2 Pro but you hear the sound of them connecting but you do not hear the media

I've tried the reset method (placing them in the case) but it doesn't work either it needs repair or what other effective method to fix that there is?

If these steps do not help, service is recommended.

Forget them from your Bluetooth. Then open the case, with the buds in them. Then gently press down on both buds, it will reset them and then you can reconnect them. If you ever get a replacement bud, that is how you connected it with the case.
