after several software updates especially 8.0 / android 16 , now I can't connect to my wifi. I've tried everything online, and offline. Nothing. Is anyone else is going through this. I wish I can downgrade my phone to the original state when I purchased it. Samsung guys need to test every hardware device before sending these software updates. I feel like I have a 1300.00 piece of junk.

A couple of things to try:

1. Clear the phone's cache partition, which should be done after every update.

2. Run a diagnostic on your phone's hardware.  Diagnostics can be found in the support tab of the members app or through your device care settings.

3. Reset your network connections.  This will require you to re-establish each wi-fi connection (this can be done on an as needed basis), and re-pair each of your BT devices.  Unfortunately, the wi-fi & BT networks are related and you can't reset one without the other.  Settings/general management/reset/reset wi-fi and Bluetooth settings.
