Fold & Flip Phones
I recently got the fold 7 and noticed that the camara won't work. It says the lenses is not available. Has anyone experienced this and what can I do. Also before a recent update the phone would not turn on or respond.

TRUST ME if it's within 30 days, and you purchased directly from Samsung or Verizon RETURN IT NOW. Then repuchase it. It's much faster and easier then a warranty claim if you purchased it from Samsung. And you won't have to get a refurbished device. If you bought it from tmobile or att that is only an option within 14 days including the date of purchase. Also, this is a $2k phone, I HOPE YOU HAVE INSURANCE.

Unfortunately, per Samsung's return policy, items that are received damaged must be reported within five days of receipt, even then, Samsung reserves the right to repair the phone rather than replace it.
"Anything received damaged, defective, or otherwise non-functioning must be reported within 5 days of the delivery or 2 days after installation (whichever is later) to be eligible for return under this return policy. The Return Window for Samsung.com or Shop Samsung App purchases will begin once delivery, or installation, is complete. Defective devices may still be subject to Standard Limited Warranty eligibility."
However, Samsung's general return policy states:
"Items shipped from Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung App can be returned within the Return Window. The standard Return Window is within 15 days of delivery and can be viewed on the My Orders page. Once a return is requested, there are an additional 15 days to return the product(s) to us."
