On my Glaxay Fold 6. It stops if I click anywhere, but any time I hit a key, it highlights the entire screen. it doesn't need to be typing in an input box or anything, just any key press. It stays highlighted until I click somewhere on the screen. It does this with any bluetooth keyboard. It's actually doing it right now, as I'm typing this.
