Unable to switch my Z Flip 3 to eSim with Cricket

I have Z Flip 3 with Cricket (which I believe in their last app update it said it suuported eSim, but I can't switch my sim card to eSim (not really sure how to do that without calling them) & I was trying T-Mobile (even tho I don't like them, but there freebie subscriptions are nice) & the other I tried was Verizon for eSim... when I tried to add service to it, it wouldn't let me... (see pictures) one time it said "your mobile plan isn't ready yet... The other said "your mobile plan is already being used on another device"... I don't have any other plans or service... Is there a fix to this?
