Unable to locate Language and Input to modify settings

1. Where is the dictionary on a Samsung galaxy fold Z3 5g?

2.where is Language and Input on said device?

3. When I go to settings, like other sites have mentioned these 2 queries for a fix, they're non existent.

@JuliaT To change the language:

1. Open Settings
2. Click on General management
3. Click on Language
