I've been seeing on here, that you have to turn off iMessages on your iPhone when you switch to Android, otherwise your messages will continue to go there. Not ever having had an Apple product, I don't know if you can do this from your Apple account if you no longer have your iPhone. Others may be more knowledgeable on this.
