Speak Keyboard Input Aloud Greyed Out

I just got the Flip 7 and tried typing on the Samsung keyboard on the cover screen. It started speaking each letter aloud and, when I go to turn that feature off, the option is greyed out. Anyone know why I can't turn this off?

Talk back
And make sure it is toggled Off
