Smarttag 2 AR funding feature is missing

I was trying to use the ar tracking feature on my new z fold 7 but I don't have the feature

That has not work for a long time i emailed them Samsung but it was useless

The AR funding feature missing from SmartTag 2 is most likely due to a combination of regional availability software version and device compatibility. Not all features are rolled out globally at the same time and some may be limited to certain markets or require the latest firmware updates. Its also possible that the feature depends on specific device models or system updates on your phone to work properly. To resolve this make sure both your SmartTag 2 and the companion app are fully updated and check if the feature is supported in your region. @JMK1227 I think you mean finding not funding. For me, I see the picture you have posted but then it displays a directional arrow and will switch to an "It's here" screen when next to the tag. 

What device are you using? I'm using a Fold 7.

It's not the arrow my issue is that the AR finding feature that let's me use my camera to find my tag is missing

@JMK1227 I think that feature disappeared sometime last year. I used it a couple of times on my S23 Ultra but it never appeared on my wife's S24 Ultra and I haven't seen it on any subsequent devices.
