A bit of a rant and hoping someone can help. Apparently, my ZF7 had some defects that were not my fault. I took it to one of the authorized repair shops and after opening the phone up, they couldn't fix it and it left me with even more issues once they put all the original parts back together. Then I had to mail it in to Samsung. After waiting a while, I received my device yesterday and when I opened it, I noticed there's a clicking sound when you press down on the screen. I'm not sure if it wasn't assembled properly or of it's a loose tab/clip but I feel like this will cause more issues down the road.
I literally just got my phone back and this issue exists out the box. I don't have care+, just the standard warranty and they want me to send the phone in again. Has anyone been able to get a replacement device on their standard warranty? If so, how? Because they won't send me any replacement.
