Fold & Flip PhonesHi,
I have just updated my flip 3 to One UI 7.
I have 2 issues.
1. The quick panel is stuck in greyscale
2. The sleep mode activates but will not end - I have to manually switch it off each day.
Any ideas ?

Fold & Flip PhonesWhen you say you have to manually switch it off, I assume you mean you have it set to automatically run. If it goes on, it should go off. Try adjusting the time. Only the quick panel is in grey scale? Isn't that the default color unless you changed it with a theme or GoodLock/QuickStar. The update may have wiped out any customization and you would have to do it again. I see patches of color under the shade, so your screen is properly returning to color after sleep mode is off.

Fold & Flip PhonesHi,
I have set the sleep mode to come on automatically so it switches itself on. In the morning it is still in sleep mode and does not switch off at the scheduled time. I therefore have to manually switch the sleep mode off.
on my s24, the quick panel is in colour but not on the flip.

Fold & Flip PhonesDid you clear the phone's cache after the update? As I recall the grey/white theme was stock quick panel when I got my new phone and I immediately created a new one with QuickStar. I still use the grey background but put color on the icons.
Your S24 and your flip are two different phones, and the update may have reverted your quick panel theme to the stock version. Clearing the phone cache may also help with the sleep mode confusion. Otherwise, just play with the shut off time and see if that helps. I always turn sleep mode on manually, since my sleep times vary and I just turn it on on my watch and off when I wake up (also from the watch).

Fold & Flip PhonesHave you put in an error report? If you did all that, now it's time for developer examination.

Fold & Flip PhonesWhen you sent feedback, did you include the device log?
Try this. Create a new mode, call it "sleep2" or something. Set the parameters and see if the new mode works the way you need it to. I know modes should work the way they were meant to, but I don't see the big deal in manually turning it on and/or off. Maybe because I am just so used to doing it that way, it's no big deal for me. Disable the auto start of the current sleep mode so they don't conflict with each other and you will know which one worked. If the new mode works, delete the old mode and rename the new one.
As for your quick panel, download Good Lock from the Galaxy store if you don't already have it, then download either Theme Park or Quick Star (or both), and then create a quick panel of your own with colors and background that you like. They even have some pre-made ones (which I think are horrific).
