Fold & Flip PhonesYou don't have to re-order right away, you can wait for another promotion - they usually have some right after launch as well. Usually starts immediately after you order one at full price. They should make good on the promo, the shipment had to be insured, even if it shipped perfect from the factory, the shipper may have damaged it in some way, and they will get reimbursed by the shipper, refurbish the phone and re-sell it. You might want to complain here:
