I hate that Samsung stop using Samsung Messages as their default text message app! Google Message is ok but Samsung Messages is better in my opinion! Samsung messages you can customize a lot more and make it more your own. Google messages remind me of iPhone messages just plain and everyone messages looks the same. I hope Samsung doesn't do away with Samsung Messages because I don't wanna use Google messages as my default.
Yea! I believe they start doing Google Messages as default starting with the S line but it did come default on my z fold 7 also. I just went to the Galaxy Store and downloaded Samsung Messages ๐
You can still download Samsung Messages and use it. So, let's hope for the best. I don't think they will get rid of it. Even though I will keep using it even if they stop supporting it or stop RCS, I will download the APK and keep using Samsung Messages.
Yup! When I got my z fold 7 that was the first thing I did was go to the Galaxy store and download it and started using it! I said the same! I will download the APK if it still available and use it that way! There are many other texting apps I can download but Samsung Messages is #1 in my opinion ๐คท๐พโโ๏ธ
