No samsung video calling for Z fold 4?

Currently have a 3rd party Google video messenger being used as the default video call service. When attempting to switch the default it appears that Google is the only option for video calling. Is there really no built in samsung video call service for the phone app on the Z fold 4?

Samsung never had video calling in the Phone App that is a carrier feature

Built-in is provider based. As a example I have Verizon turn on as follows. But unlocked variations use Google meet on Android phones. But you can of course download many from the app store
