Sorry to hear this make sure theses are toggled on and if you want you can setup the spacebar button as the microphone also

Keyboard list and default
Toggle on show keyboard button on navigation bar
Now you should see a microphone or keyboard icon in the bottom left corner of your screen if its the keyboard icon long press it and select voice input
Go to Settings
General Management
Samsung Keyboard settings
Swipe, touch, and feedback
Touch and hold spacebar
Change the setting to Voice Input
Now you can activate voice input by long-pressing the spacebar.
