Issues with purchase on samsung.com using verizon financing and trade in.

Im having an issue with a purchase of a z fold 7 from samsungs website using verizon promo trade in and financing.

Verizon never received the information about the financing or the trade in promotion. This means I cant initiate the trade in, and the financing isnt hitting my verizon bill. Im not sure what to do about this issue as I dont want to be charged the full value of the phone when with promos Inwould habe only been paying $800 not $2000. Ive already talked with verizon and samsung support for about 6-7 hours at this point and no one does anything and they also dont seem to even understand the issue. Ive been transfered and hung up on. ive asked for the issue to be escalated and have been denied. At this point im seeking any help in resolving this matter.

Since this is a User to User support community with no access to your account you would need to keep trying with Verizon Support and Samsung Support and request for it to be escalated to someone higher up.

But they literally wont do anything. The support i keep getting is the outsourced support that barely speaks english and i genuinely dont think they understand the issue as they make me repeat it and then still get it wrong. Is there a way to access higher tiers of support without talking to the script readers? Ive already done the email to the ceo form, filed with bbb, and filed with my states attourny general to get any kind of response but nothing yet. Its baffling how incompetent the customer support is.

E-commerce is who the automated system transfers me to and is completely unhelpful. They see the transaction is fine on samsungs end and just dont even bother to help. They then transfer me to verizon saying they will talk with them and figure it out, only to just dump me on them and hang up. So theres really no way to fix this issue...

I have had this exact same problem. Everything you described above is identical to what I have dealt with. Samsung is doing nothing and Verizon seems unable to do anything as well. It is been an incredibly frustrating situation
