How do I turn off this icon?

Uploaded the One ui 7 yesterday and while Exploring I managed to turn this little icon on and can't for the life of me figure out how to turn it off. 

Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance!

Looks like a widget that opens some quick panel shortcuts.  What happens if you long press it, is there a "remove" option? Can you move it to a different location on your screen in case you find it useful?

1. Go to "Settings"
2. Tap "Accessibility"
3. Tap "Interaction and Dexterity"
4. Tap to turn off "Assistance Menu"
