Are you actually sending out an emergency SOS, or have you somehow acquired a malicious app sending out fake SOS to random contacts?

Emergency text SOS, because my watch notified my emergency contacts that I fell. Someone who isn't in my emergency contacts was notified. I'm not sure how to fix that so they no longer get those SOS notifications
