I own a Z flip 5, and wanted to ask if anyone was having the same issue + if there's any solutions. My inner folding screen works fine, but my cover screen won't turn on at all. I tried tapping, clicking the power key, restarting the phone, and checking safe mode, but nothing worked.
I will note I dropped it before this occured, but it was such a short drop (only two feet) while the device was in a case and there was no external damage. Could I get some advice?
