Keep your phone and the ring within 3 ft. of each other for pairing. Press and hold the Power Button to turn the smart ring on. It will enter pairing mode and the Ring Light Indicator will alternate flashing red and blue. Be sure the Bluetooth is on in the Phone settings, and searching for a new device.
If the ring is still not connecting, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer of the ring.
