There is a lot still M.I.A. for the 24U!
Audio Eraser
Now Briefing
Gemini /Bixby integration
Enhanced Drawing Assist
Updated Battery charging count
Etc. Etc.

Software Gatekeeping or yet to be received for testing. Time will tell. 🤔

Software gatekeeping with incremental hardware upgrades has been a common practice in the industry for many years.

I'm old enough to remember that Siri was limited to the iPhone 4S, even though the iPhone 4 was technically capable of running it.

Even if Samsung is gatekeeping, history says there will be no consequence and they will see equal or greater success going forward.

Established practices do not inherently signify optimal practices. Apple's iPhone ecosystem operates as a closed system, unlike Android. Samsung must acknowledge the competitive landscape and consumer choice if it persists with its current approach.

Of course, it isn't optimal. But what is the incentive against such behavior?

Hello,

We appreciate you bringing up these points! Some features, like Audio Eraser, Now Briefing, and Gemini/Bixby integration, are currently available on S25, and we understand why users want to see them on the S24 Ultra as well.

Feature availability often depends on hardware compatibility, optimization, and phased rollouts, and Samsung continues to evaluate how and where these features can be expanded. While we don’t have official details on when or if these specific features will be included in future updates, we’ll be sure to share your feedback with the relevant teams.

We appreciate your patience, and as you said—time will tell. Thanks for being part of the One UI Beta program and for sharing your thoughts.

Regards,
One UI Beta Team
