DiscussionsHello
Thank you for bringing this up! The Pro Mode camera issue on the Galaxy S24 Ultra, where the room appears upside down, seems to be related to the DOF (Depth of Field) adapter correction setting in Camera Assistant.
To troubleshoot, try the following:
1) Disable DOF Adapter Correction
-Open Camera Assistant
-Locate DOF Adapter Correction
-Turn it off
2) Clear Camera App Cache & Data
-Long-press the Camera app icon and select App Info
-Go to Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data
You're absolutely rightāitās ironic that a setting designed for Pro and Pro Video modes is causing this issue within those very modes.
We appreciate your patience and your sense of humor about itāperhaps "Pro Mode" unintentionally turned into a "Funhouse Mode" this time! š If the issue persists, we recommend submitting a Bug Report via Samsung Members > Beta Feedback > Error Reports to ensure it gets reviewed by the development team.
Thanks again for being part of the One UI Beta community, and we appreciate your insights.
Regards,
One UI Beta Team
