I tried using live effect in the Samsung Gallery on my S24U and it's not working. I keep getting an error that says "Something went wrong. Try again ", no matter what picture I use. It's working fine on my S23U using the same exact pictures.
We suspect that it may be a possible "Server error" when you are using "Live effect".
To assist us in resolving this issue, we kindly ask you to submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device:
1. Open Samsung Members. 2. Navigate to One UI Beta Program > Beta Feedback. 3. Attach any relevant screenshots (if possible). 4. Ensure "Send system log data" is checked, then submit the report.
Important: Please submit the report within 15 minutes of reproducing the issue for accurate log data collection.
