Games aren't running at high refresh rate anymore.

Prior to the beta, games would run at high refresh rate when adaptive was turned on.

Now, my games (ex. DB Legends) are staying at 60hz regardless of the game booster or display settings.

If you go to the developer settings there's actually a toggle to fix this.
