Display smoothness

My Display goes down to the laggy 60HZ when I'm watching YouTube videos and I'm scrolling through video library. Or scrolling through tik tok comments. Will also randomly do it when I'm on my text messages. Never had this issue until today after installation of beta.

i know everyone says this but try wiping your system cache in android recovery mode

Just did that but it didn't fix it.
