The main page of the UI launcher, just stops responding. I can swipe up and down, so I can go to the apps drawer and get my stuff from there, but my main screen doesn't do a thing. I click and click the icons to open the apps, and the folders, but it's like nothing.
You should run through the phone's diagnostics just to make sure that there's nothing wrong with the phone. Another option would be to boot into safe mode and see if Samsung apps open properly from your home screen.
