The only app that is stable to do anything is Members in my phone S24 Ultra. All apps besides members crash immediately as they are open. Can't make calls, texts... nothing.

Hello,

Here are the steps to Clear Cache in Recovery Mode:

1. Power Off the Device:
Press and hold the Power button, then tap Power Off to turn off the device completely.

2. Boot into Recovery Mode:

Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power/Bixby button simultaneously.

When the Samsung logo appears, release the buttons. The device will boot into Recovery Mode.

3. Navigate to "Wipe Cache Partition":

Use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to navigate through the Recovery Menu.

Highlight Wipe Cache Partition using the Volume Down button.

4. Confirm Cache Clearing:

Press the Power button to select "Wipe Cache Partition."

When prompted, highlight "Yes" using the Volume Down button and press Power to confirm.

5. Reboot the Device:

Once the cache partition is cleared, youā€™ll see a message indicating completion.

Highlight Reboot System Now and press the Power button to restart your device.

I did all that... still apps crash after opening, no notifications, no connection to my watch ultra at all. Can't use Google messages and Samsung messages does not provide notifications.
