Samsung Galaxybook 3 Pro NP940XFG

Bought this not too long ago but the hinge is broken. Took it to the Samsung store where it was purchased but they refused to fix it.

When I try to open the laptop, the bottom of the case also separates and I cannot open anymore.

Can someone point me to the right way to get this fixed?

The store might not have been able to fix it in-store. I would suggest reaching out to a repair center to have it repaired.

Also, the link you posted gives me the Samsung showroom/store where I purchased the laptop and they refused service...so I'm stuck?

The link should have taken you to the Find Service Center page. Yes, Samsung can fix it, but some stores aren't equipped to handle every issue with every Samsung product. You'll need to contact a service center for repairs, and if you click the Contact button, you can also send the device in for repairs.
