Galaxy Book Pro 360, 13", 512GB, Mystic Bronze
On June 12, 2021.
Last night AMERICAN AIRLINES had to put my Book Pro in a fireproof bag on a flight! It would not stay shut off -- kept turning itself on -- and got so hot it that it was only touchable with gloves. When I got off the plane, 2 airline security people showed me it still would not turn off and was hot as fire. They said they were flying my Book Pro from Phoenix where I arrived to Dallas the AA main office for analysis. I am without my less than 1 year old Book Pro. Help.
