"Organization installed a certificate authority in your work profile" notification?

Can anyone tell me what this is? It is on my drop down as a banner message just under the clock display and when I look at it this bubble pops up with the msg and the only option to clear it is to hit the OK button. Thanks

There should be buttons by each post that say, "Accept as Solution."
