Wifi issues

Hello! For some reason, my phone (a16) does not show available networks when the wifi is on which makes it hard for me to connect to my home network. I've wiped my cache partition which didn't change anything relating to my wifi problem. Is there anything else I can do?

Try resetting WiFi and BT settings under settings > general management > reset. You'll have to re-enter WiFi credentials and reconnect BT devices.

Turn on Airplane mode for 60-120 seconds then power cycle your phone (Power off & then after about a min power back on) This process allows your phone's signal to be removed from it's current tower & re-registered on another. Hope this helps

Contact your isp. When I wear these parabolic shaped earrings i get better wifi connection for my weak chip wifi device. Could be your location isn't on, or you allowed an app to control your wifi and you can find those permissions in your settings. 😊
