Ok exactly what is One UI and what does it do? And what version should I have on an A13 5G? I see Launcher, One UI, settings and another tab called Android 13 all looking like they do the same thing. And my One UI says it has default settings ( don't know how has a 'clear' button tho). I need to know who's who and what's what so I know which is supposed to "appear on top".
Well, your phone should be in the window for the latest update unless, because it's the lowest end A series, it may not be capable of handling Android 14. I don't really keep up with which phones should have which systems, but your phone is what, 2 years old? Should be eligible for the updates. Check with your carrier.
According to my Google search, the A13 is eligible for OneUI6.1/Android 14. But, since the updates are rolled out by the carrier, you should definitely check with them as to why you do not have it.
