A Series & Other MobileMy Samsung Galaxy ran an update on July 4th and totally changed my phone so badly that I'm considering getting a different phone that isn't a Samsung. The app that my apartment complex uses to schedule rent payments and submit work orders has vanished. I can't find anything

A Series & Other Mobilehttps://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Samsung-Apps-and-Services/A-list-of-features-that-can-be-changed...
Check to see if that app somehow got hidden. Long press home screen, tap "settings," tap "hide apps."
Also make sure you clear device cache:
1) Turn off your device.
[Your device may need to be connected to a powered USB device (ex: computer) before proceeding to the next step.]
2) Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Side/Power button until you feel a vibration and the Samsung logo appears. Let go of the buttons.
3) You will now be in Android recovery. Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Wipe cache partition."
4) Press the Side/Power button to execute.
5) Use the Volume buttons to highlight "Yes."
6) Press the Side/Power button to execute.
7) "Reboot system now" will already be highlighted. Press the Side/Power button to execute.

A Series & Other MobileDo a search in your app drawer. If you still can't find it, I'm sure you can redownload it. You can also restore your backup from the Samsung cloud. It will restore your apps and settings, but not the old operating system. In the meantime go through the list of things you can change back and see if you can give your phone a more familiar look. There are certain things that can't be changed back, but the phone is still customizable.
