Starting around June 10, Themes has been having temper tantrums.
Instead of pictures, I'm seeing different color squares or white squares with a gray picture icon and a line through the icon.
OR, if there are pictures on the search screens, I tap one to see the entire theme, and sometimes see that theme's pictures mixed in with the blank squares or the entire theme is blank squares.
I talked with two support guys, who were so kind and patient. We tried several different things, but we couldn't figure it out. We did determine that it's not my connection. This happens whether I'm at home or out and about.
Hopefully someone here or a Samsung team member will see this and be able to help me.
I'm sad now. I love tricking out my phone with themes and cases and now themes all of a sudden won't work. ๐ขโน๏ธ
