Does any one know how to unhack the volume mode from being stuck in accessibility mode. My volume buttons are not passing the diagnostic check.

Check the following:

Go to Settings
>Accessibility
>Advanced settings
>Volume up and down buttons
Uncheck anything that is checked


As a last resort you can Reset all accessibility settings:

Go to Settings
>General management
>Reset
>Reset accessibility settings
