A Series & Other MobileAre you using Samsung Messages? You will have to switch to Google Messages, as Samsung Messages only supports limited RCS features on specific phone models with specific carriers. So you would be limited to SMS only if you do not have one of the phones or carriers where RCS works. No A series phone has the version of Samsung messages with RCS. If you still have a legacy version, it is likely an outdated, unsupported version of RCS.
