A Series & Other MobileMy Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is constantly using up cellular data and clocking and buffering always interrupting streaming video on entertainment apps. I am also receiving popup notices that One UI is not resonding. I have conducted at 6 Samsung chats and permitted full remote sessions without relief from this problem. For general information the apps I use are as follows:

A Series & Other MobileOpen each respective app. Go to the settings. Find the setting that says use wi-fi only, or some similar wording.
- In Peacock, tap your avatar on the bottom right. Then tap "account" at the top right. Go to the settings tab and toggle on Wi-Fi only playback.
- In Pluto, I don't see see a setting to direct to wi-fi only.
- In Tubi, go to "my stuff", tap settings on the top right, turn on data saver. This won't prevent it from using Mobile data, but will stream a lower resolution so that it does not chew up data.
- For FreeVee, Open the app, tap the icon on the far bottom right, then tap the settings on the upper right. Slide on "stream on wi-fi only."
I don't have Plex or Paramount, but I imagine they would have similar settings. If they don't, or you can't find them, create a routine to turn off mobile data when those apps, along with Pluto & Tubi, run. It is important to note, that settings for the app are the province of the app developers, not Samsung, so if you have issues, you need to contact them.
Go to settings/modes and routines. Tap the + at the top to create a new routine. Use the following format:
If app opened (there will be a little delay while the list of apps comes up. Tap next to each app you want to add - Tubi, Pluto, Plex & Paramount). Tap done when you have all your apps added (you can edit the routine later if you need to add additional apps).
Then Mobile data (select off). This will turn the mobile data off and force the apps to only use wi-fi. Make sure your wi-fi is on. If you don't always keep it on, add it to the "then" parameters: Wi-Fi on. Tap "done" and name your routine. When you close those apps, your phone will return to your normal settings.
