Does anyone know how to turn on voice to text when texting someone. I got a refurbished Samsung S10e and it will not allow me to voice text. When I tap the microphone icon it says I need to go to settings and click "Appear". When I go to settings I can not find "Appear" any where in all the settings I have looked at. I have googled multiple times and watched videos and still can not figure out where to go to allow me to voice text.
