My son has a Samsung A15. He is having trouble with things being deleted from the phone. Texts in messenger sent & received dissappear. Its the same with SMS messages. Friends on FaceBook get unfriended. Items saved in Marketplace dissappear, etc. He had Geek Squad at BestBuy look at his phone, but they couldn't find any problem. He has reset his phone, changed passwords, but to no avail. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Excuse me I'm new to this has anybody experienced their home screen flickers just started to happen right after I got a late October software update. Also anybody experiencing that the battery is draining more rapidly.
