I wanna backup my gallery somehow because I updated my phone and now it needs a password, which I forgot since I set a new one recently, I have tried literally everything, even the support multiple times which just wasted my time because they didnt help a single bit or just straight up ignored me. I found out the hard way that the "Forgot password" Option was removed, and the phone wont let me use ADB debugging since it needs to unlock and the power buttons wont even let me reset the phone so I cant access Odin to somehow do this, I dont see no other option to unlock my phone other than just getting a new one, anyone has any tips?
Your gallery is automatically backed up to Google photos (unless you specifically, pro-actively turned off Google backup). So, you shouldn't have to worry about them. You can check by going to photos.google.com on a web browser on any device and log into your Google account.
If you forgot your password, the only way to get into your phone would be a factory reset and then restore your backup. Since you need a password to shut down your phone, and you forgot it, you will have to force a restart. You do this by pressing and holding the power and volume down buttons together until the screen goes dark and you feel the shutdown vibration. You have to be very quick on the next step. As soon as the screen goes dark, keep holding the power button but switch to the volume up key. As soon as you see the Samsung logo on the screen, take your finger off the power button and keep tapping the volume up button until you enter recovery mode (you may have to try this multiple times if you are not quick enough), or you can let the battery die and then charge and restart by holding the volume up and power button. Once in recovery mode, use the volume keys to navigate to "wipe phone/factory reset". Tap the power button to select. Use the volume button to highlight yes and then tap the power button to select. The phone will reset and reboot. You will then start normal setup by logging into your Samsung and Google accounts. You will be asked if you want to restore your backup, select "yes". If you are not asked, once the phone fully boots up, go to your settings/backup and restore and select restore backup. After your backup is restored, you can then go into settings and set a new password (this time write it down), and add your fingerprint if you want (always have two methods of login).

I have everything but the gallery backed up, which is the most important thing that I need, and I stated that the power buttons dont work, I might have to wait days for the battery to die just for it to not work.

The volume buttons don't work for volume when the phone is locked. They will work for the forced shutdown/reboot. Did you actually check google photos to see if your photos are backed up there? I know you want to preserve your photos, that's why Google backup is automatic. But, if the only way to make your phone usable is to reset it, then you have to reset it. Next time you set a password, write it down.

How recently did you change the password? As a convenience, Samsung made it so that after a password change, for a short while the old password will still work.
