So my brother has been kept bugging me that he can't get the Samsung store on his phone because it's blocked. But when my mom tried to unblock it, it will not show up at all on the family link app, but it only shows up on his phone on the family. Kid linked up on it on my brother's phone and my mom has to enter her Google password to unblock And she does not want to do that
Any changes to a child's supervised device will need to be made by the family manager. The galaxy store may have been blocked, inadvertently or otherwise, by the restrictions put in place when the device was set up.
If your mother does not want to make changes to the device, I would recommend respecting her wishes.
If she cares enough to restrict your devices in an effort to keep you from harm, she is probably a pretty reasonable person. I imagine she would be open to a healthy conversation if there is something you truly *NEED* (however unlikely that is) specifically from Galaxy Store that is unavailable in the Play Store.
No my mom does want to unblock Samsung galaxy store. for my brother but she wants to do it from the app. Which she cannot do because family link does not recognize the format of the app. So I can't transmit it or broadcast it to the Google servers. I am assuming
So, why is your mom not here asking for a solution? And why is your brother bugging you and not your mom? It seems to me that you are both trying to bypass parental control.
