My phone not showing up on my Sony X82L TV to connect?

I'm trying to connect my phone to my tv and my phone is not even showing it. Any suggestions?

Go to settings > connected devices > smart view. Tap the 3 dots and go to settings > labs. Toggle Chromecast support.
